Free shipping on orders over $300. U.S. orders ship DDP — we cover all import duties and taxes, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders are fulfilled in 1–4 business days; delivery is 2–5 business days for the US, EU and Canada.
You can request a return, exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery (item unworn, unwashed, tags intact). Exchanges and store credit are the easiest option — you cover return shipping. Refunds are available for eligible items but carry a 20% restocking fee and exclude shipping. Final Sale items and accessories can't be returned or exchanged.
