Starting August 29, 2025, due to the suspension of the U.S. De Minimis rule, all packages entering the U.S. are now subject to import duties and taxes.

Fulfillment time refers to order processing before shipping. Shipping time starts after fulfillment is complete.
Important: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our responsibility.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (US, EU & Other Countries)
- (US) From August 29, 2025, The U.S. has removed the $800 De Minimis rule. To support our customers, we’ve taken care of all import duties and taxes on your behalf, so you will receive all your packages without paying any duties, additional fees on your end (United States of America only). (Delivery Duties Paid).
- (EU) From July 1, 2021, VAT applies to all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of order value.
- We do not charge import tax, VAT, or duties at checkout.
- (Other countries) The buyer is responsible for paying applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
- Customs regulations vary by country, and duty rates depend on your location.
VIOSSI is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed on your order.
Stolen or Lost Packages After Delivery
- VIOSSI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- We do not issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
- To avoid issues, we recommend shipping to a secure location or selecting signature-required delivery if available.
Additional Shipping Information
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package is held at customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide any required documentation and pay any fees for release.
- For security reasons, we do not reroute packages once they have shipped.
- If a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer is still responsible for shipping and import fees before any refund is issued.
