Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Returns for Refunds:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the shipping fee when sending the suit back.

Returns for Exchanges: Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified. Free exchanges are available for customers in the US, EU, and CA. However, the customer from any country is responsible for the shipping fee when sending the suit back.

Exchanges are free for the first time. If you wish to exchange an already exchanged item, a fee of $50 per item will apply.

Store credit: Once store credit has been issued by VIOSSI, and used it cannot be refunded. However, you are welcome to use the store credit towards the purchase of any other item available in our store. If you have any questions or need assistance with using your store credit, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to help you find something that meets your needs.

FINAL SALE collection items:

Are not eligible for the return / exchange. Since FINAL SALE (https://viossi.com/collections/sale) collection has huge discounts and they have FINAL SALE on all items listed there , they are not eligible for the return for the refund or exchange at all.

Non-refundable/exchangeable items:

bowties, ties, pocket squares, chains, shirts.

RE:DO Returns:

The RE:DO return option does not apply to items marked as Final Sale (https://viossi.com/collections/sale).  To use RE:DO, it must be included at the time you place your order; it cannot be added after the order has been finalized. Please refrain from purchasing RE:DO separately, as it will not be effective, and we will not be able to offer a refund for it.

Exchanges (not refunds) for Final Sale items are only allowed under extenuating circumstances and are subject to review. Please be aware that not knowing or not reading our Final Sale Return Policy will not be considered valid reasons for an exchange. Additionally, due to the heavily discounted price of final sale items, an exchange fee may be required to cover processing and reshipping costs.

Simple. 15-Day Returns.

We've simplified our return process for your suits with RE:DO Returns, giving you Returns & Exchanges for just $2.48 RE:DO coverage is automatically included with every order, however you can remove it before placing an order in your cart. If you choose not to include RE:DO coverage, you'll be responsible for return fees, but don't fret, RE:DO offers competitive prices for return shipping labels.

RE:DO coverage:

For the store credit / exchange the return label provided by RE:DO free of charge.

For the refund, you will need to purchase return discounted return shipping label through RE:DO once submitting the return request.

If RE:DO is added for the FINAL SALE items , RE:DO fee of $2.48 will be non-refundable.

RE:DO can be technically added for sale item's as at the moment we can't remove it from adding to cart for sale items, please make sure you are aware that RE:DO isn't covering SALE / FINAL sale items.

Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of an approved return request: otherwise, they will not be accepted. Items from Black Friday sales & Final sales are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Items returned for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may incur an additional restocking fee, on top of the original 20% restocking fee, or may be sent back to you depending on our assessment. Please ensure that each item is packed individually before placing them all into one box.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Submit a return request

To request a return, simply go to our return portal . You will need your email address / zip code / postal code, which can be found in confirmation email.

 

 

2. Choose type of a return

Choose any option: Store Credit, Exchange or Instant exchange. Instant exchange allows us to ship your item right away. In case if you fail to ship item back, we will charge the item price + associated shipping fee.

3. Print Return Label

RE:DO will generate a return shipping label and email it to you for those who has RE:DO coverage. If you don't have coverage, then simply purchase a return label though RE:DO while submitting the return request.  Once your return request has been approved, you will be able to print a return shipping label. Simply attach this label to the package and ship it by the carrier you have in your order.
