Return window timeframe: 7 days from the day item is received

Returns: 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable

SALE collection - is not eligible for the return / exchange. Since SALE collection has huge discounts and they have FINAL SALE on all items listed there , they are not eligible for the return for the refund or exchange at all.

Exchanges: The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Exchange limits are to up to 1-2 times. Exchanges are processed after receiving, inspecting and verifying the return. (US,EU and CA free exchange)

International customers: Additional fees may apply for shipping an exchanged item to certain countries

Non-refundable/exchangeable items: bowties, ties, pocket squares, chains, shirts, pants.

Route protection: Insurance purchased is non-refundable.


Return instruction:


Preparation and Packaging:
  • Print a unique sticker for each item and attach it to the outside of the respective package of the item (not shipping or courier package), ensuring that each item is labeled correctly
  • Ensure that each item is in its original packaging with the original labels attached
  • Ensure that each item is in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition
  • If the original package isn’t available, please use a package for each item. Do not mix all items in one package. For example, if you have two different 3-piece suits, pack each suit in a different package and then put them in the box by following the instructions above
Returning the package:
  • Use a carrier of your choice to post the parcel and ship the package back within 5 business days after receiving approval for your return request
  • Please keep and email us a copy of your shipment receipt and tracking number to, with the return request ID (RMA__________) in the subject field
Please note that if the return instructions are not correctly followed, such as:
  • Failure to ship the item within 5 business days will result to cancelation of your return/exchange request
  • Incorrect sticker placement 
  • Incorrect number of items returned
  • Not correctly packaged as instructed

    Then the retrieval of the returned item may be delayed and/or returned back to the sender without prior notice.

    Return address will be emailed by our customer support member after approving the return.

    Please note that VIOSSI is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
