Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone from the day the order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Since you make an order and accept responsibility , please make sure you choose correct size, model and type.
We do ship items for free, but in case of returns/exchange shipping fees are covered from your end.
NON-US: You will have to send a good to fulfillment center which will redirect the apparel to our warehouse.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN: We charge 20% re-stocking for returns. Shipping costs non-refundable.
EXCHANGE: You need to ship item back to our warehouse in Denver, CO. As soon as we receive it, we will send you bigger/smaller size.
NON-US: For some countries we charge extra fees for shipping an exchanged product.
