Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Be shipped back within 10 days of return approval. Late returns will be voided and sent back at the customer's expense.
  • Not be from the Black Friday Sale or Final Sale collection, as these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Accessories: Bowties, ties, pocket squares, chains, shirts.

Refund Policy (Restocking Fee Applies)

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Exchange Policy

  • Free exchanges are available for customers in the US, EU, and CA.
  • Customers must cover the shipping fee to return the original item.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been inspected & approved.
  • Your first exchange is free—we’ll cover the exchange shipping cost.

Fair Use Policy

We are happy to accommodate exchanges, but to ensure fairness for all customers, we kindly ask that exchanges are used reasonably.

  • If we notice a pattern of excessive exchanges, we may reach out to discuss your needs and, in some cases, adjust future exchange eligibility.
  • We encourage customers to check our size guide or contact our team for personalized assistance before placing an order.

Store Credit Policy

  • Store credit cannot be refunded once issued or used.
  • Store credit may be applied to any future purchase in our store.
  • If you need assistance using store credit, please contact Customer Support.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

Items from the Final Sale Collection (View Collection) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Due to the significant discounts applied, these items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Exchanges (not refunds) for Final Sale items may be considered under special circumstances but are subject to review & approval.
  • An exchange fee may apply due to the discounted nature of these items.

RE:DO Returns (Optional)

  • RE:DO return coverage must be purchased at checkout; it cannot be added later.
  • Final Sale items are excluded from RE:DO and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Do not purchase RE:DO separately after placing your order, as it will not be valid or refundable.
