BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone from the day the order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Since you make an order and accept responsibility , please make sure you choose correct size, model and type.
We do ship items for free, but in case of returns/exchange shipping fees are covered from your end.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN: We charge 20% re-stocking for returns. Shipping costs non-refundable.
EXCHANGE: You need to ship item back to our warehouse.
NON-US: For some countries we charge extra fees for shipping an exchanged product.
Accessories (bowtie/tie, pocket square or chain) and shirts are non-refundable/non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service.
- Make sure to send the items in an appropriately-sized parcel, preferably in the original box.
- Item(s) must be unused, damages and unwashed.
- Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
- Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.
- Ship the package back within 2 business days from the moment your return request is approved.
For every returns, we a take a picture as a proof of receiving your return.
We have a right to refuse a refund in case if determine:
- Item is used, damaged or washed.
- Received item which doesn't belong to our brand.
Keep in mind that any illegal activities can lead you to be blacklisted in our store as well as in other brands. If we detect any suspicious activity which are listed above, you will be blacklisted and reported to the other brands.
